- All transfers operate on demand. A minimum of 4 guests is required for a guaranteed transfer.
- To guarantee departure for 3 people or less please ensure you tick the box on the booking details screen to indicate you agree to pay the additional fare(s). The total minimum payment for a confirmed transfer with fewer than 4 guests is $440.
- If your group is less than 4 and you have flexible dates, email us to inquire about combining your transfer with other groups.
- In the event that the minimum of 4 guests isn’t met one week before the transfer, you will receive an email with the following options:
- Pay the minimum fare of $440 (with potential refunds if additional guests join)
- Transfer your booking to another date with a confirmed departure.
- Cancel your booking for a full refund.
Booking Cut-Off Times
All online bookings close three days before the departure date if there are no bookings. If there are bookings, they will remain open until 24 hours before departure. Guests can still book within the 3-day period via email subject to availability.
National Parks Entry Fee
Entry to NSW National Parks requires valid camping and day-use fees. Please purchase your pass online at the National Parks website before your visit to avoid any delays or complications.
Pick-up Policy & Safety
Due to limited phone reception at Green Cape Lighthouse, we cannot be notified of delays. Please arrive on time for your scheduled pick-up, as we can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes past the agreed meeting time. If you do not meet us at the scheduled time, we will depart without you and notify the relevant authorities as part of our duty of care. For your safety, we recommend carrying an emergency communication device.
Surcharges
A 10% surcharge will be applied on NSW Public Holidays to help offset the increased wage expenses incurred on these days.
Accessibility and Family Needs
Accessible Vehicles: We offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles upon request, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the Light to Light Walk.
Child Car Seats: Car seats for children under 7 years old are available. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require a car seat.
Group and Custom Bookings
Larger Groups: We can accommodate larger groups upon request. Please contact us for a personalised quote.
Assistance Animals: Trained assistance animals are permitted on our transfers only with prior approval from NSW National Parks. Please obtain approval from NSW National Parks before booking your transfer and provide us with evidence of approval at the time of booking.
Trail Facilities
Public Toilets: Public toilets are available at Boyds Tower and Green Cape Lighthouse for your convenience.
Boyds Tower Walk: The 1km walk to Boyds Tower is wheelchair accessible, allowing everyone to enjoy this historic landmark.

If your group has specific requirements or needs, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance. This enables us to discuss your requirements in detail, and make necessary arrangements to ensure your transfer experience is both enjoyable and comfortable.
Late Departure & Delay Policy
To ensure our transport services run smoothly for all guests, please be ready at your scheduled departure time. Specifically, if a departure is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to guest lateness, a surcharge will be applied to the booking. This fee is designed to cover only the actual non-recoverable costs incurred, such as additional staff labor and fuel, and helps account for the extra time that was not allocated to the original schedule.
Cancellation Policy (By Navigate Expeditions)
Navigate Expeditions may cancel the Service at any time by email or text message, for any one of the following reasons:
- If the number of guests booked to participate in the Services does not meet the minimum number;
- If extreme weather conditions such as heavy rainfall, extreme heat, strong winds, typhoons, sudden temperature shifts and fog are predicted or experienced;
- If a state or national lockdown exists, such as for an epidemic or security reasons, preventing the guest’s travel to the place of departure of the tour;
Then Navigate Expeditions will provide a full refund of the booking cost in full satisfaction of all claims the guest may have arising from the cancellation.
Cancellation Policy (By Guest)
The guest may cancel the Service at any time, by email or text message. The following will apply:
- If the cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to the tour commencement, an administration fee of 25% of the booking cost will be deducted, and the balance refunded (type 1 cancellation);
- If the cancellation is less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the tour commencement, an administration fee of 50% of the booking cost will be deducted, and the balance refunded (type 2 cancellation);
- If the cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to the tour commencement, if the guest is a no show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be deducted (type 3 cancellation).
The administration fee is to compensate us for the administration cost of processing the booking and making the tour arrangements. The cancellation fee covers the cost of our tour staff and catering in addition to the administration fee
