Departure Location & Facilities
Port of Eden – meet just opposite the Eden Visitors Information Centre, a short 150m/500ft walk from where you disembark your cruise ship. There are public toilets available at many of the sites we visit.

We require a minimum of 4 guests to confirm a tour, but don’t worry if you’re booking for less!
If your group is smaller than four (especially outside of school holidays), please contact us. We’ll gladly check our schedule to see if we can combine your booking with another confirmed group.
If the minimum of 4 guests isn’t met three days before the departure, we’ll email you with your options: transfer to another confirmed tour time, receive a full refund, or pay the equivalent of 4 guests to guarantee your private departure.
Accessibility Information
Tours use modern, highly accessible vehicles. The longest walk is approx. 500m to 1km, and guides can easily bypass stairs/adjust routes for mobility challenges if notified in advance. Public toilets are available at multiple stops.
Young Children
Child car seats are available for young children upon request. Please inform us at the time of booking so arrangements can be made.
Weather Policy
Tours operate in all weather conditions as long as it remains safe to do so. Rain ponchos and umbrellas are provided for guest comfort.
Travel Insurance Requirement
It is a mandatory requirement that all guests hold a valid travel insurance policy that covers service cancellations, travel interruptions, loss of personal property, and medical/emergency expenses.
Public Holiday Surcharge
A 10% surcharge will be applied to all bookings on NSW Public Holidays to help offset the increased wage expenses incurred on these days.
